전기 버스에서, 팬터그래프 충전 접촉부와 차량의 컨택트바와 거리를 이용하여 고속하강과 저속 정밀하강을 통해 팬터그래프 충전접촉부와 컨택트바 간의 부드러운 접촉을 유도함과 동시에 전체적인 충전시간을 단축하면서 접촉소음 및 접촉부 마모를 감소하도록 한 전기차 충전용 팬터그래프와 컨택트바의 접촉 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 하향식 팬터그래프를 이용하여 충전 대상 전기 버스에 탑재된 컨택트바와 접촉을 통해 전기 버스를 충전하는 팬터그래프 충전장치를 포함하고, 팬터그래프 충전장치는 전기 버스의 상부와 컨택트바의 거리를 측정하여 거리 차를 산출하고, 산출한 거리 차로 차량에 탑재된 컨택트바의 상태를 판별하며, 컨택트바의 상태가 정상이면 팬터그래프 이중 속도제어신호를 발생하여, 팬터그래프의 하향 이동 속도를 고속과 저속 정밀 제어를 조합하여 제어하여, 전체적인 팬터그래프 하향 이동시간을 단축시켜 충전 시간 단축을 도모하고, 부드러운 접촉을 통해 접촉부 접촉 소음과 마모를 감소시킨다.

    The present invention relates to a contact control device of a pantograph and a contact bar for electric vehicle charging, which induces smooth contact between the pantograph charging contact part and the contact bar by using a distance between the pantograph charging contact part and the contact bar of the vehicle, shortens the overall charging time, and reduces contact noise and contact wear. The invention includes a pantograph charging device which charges an electric bus through contact with a contact bar mounted on the charging target electric bus using a downward pantograph. The pantograph charging device measures the distance between the top of the electric bus and the contact bar, calculates the difference in distance, and determines the status of the contact bar mounted on the vehicle based on the calculated difference in distance. If the status of the contact bar is normal, the pantograph generates a dual-speed control signal, and controls the downward moving speed of the pantograph by combining high speed and low speed precision control, thereby reducing the charging time by shortening the overall downward movement time of the pantograph, and reducing contact noise and wear through smooth contact.
