딥러닝 기반 on-device 실시간 교통제어 시스템이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 전자 기기에서 수행되는 교통제어 방법은, 딥러닝 기반의 객체 감지 및 추적 모델을 통해 각 교차로에 대한 도로 영상 데이터로부터 객체 정보와 관련된 도로 정보를 획득하는 단계; 상기 획득된 객체 정보와 관련된 도로 정보에 기반하여 교차로에 대한 신호주기를 산출하는 단계; 상기 서버와의 통신 연결 유무를 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 서버와의 통신이 연결된 것으로 판단됨에 따라 상기 획득된 객체 정보와 관련된 도로 정보 및 상기 산출된 신호주기를 서버로 전송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 서버로부터 상기 전송받은 객체 정보와 관련된 도로 정보와 상기 산출된 신호주기를 이용하여 조정된 각 교차로를 고려한 신호주기 정보에 기초하여 각 교차로의 신호제어기가 제어될 수 있다.

    A deep learning-based on-device real-time traffic control system is disclosed. A traffic control method performed in an electronic device according to an embodiment comprises the steps of: obtaining road information related to object information from road image data for each intersection through a deep learning-based object detection and tracking model; calculating a signal cycle for the intersection based on the obtained road information related to object information; determining whether there is a communication connection with a server; and transmitting the obtained road information related to object information and the calculated signal cycle to the server when it is determined that communication with the server is connected. A signal controller for each intersection may be controlled based on the road information related to object information and signal cycle information considering each intersection adjusted using the calculated signal cycle transmitted from the server. Accordingly, traffic signals can be controlled and operated more accurately and quickly.
