The present invention relates to a battery-powered low-power air conditioner for a vehicle and, more specifically, to a battery-powered low-power air conditioner for a vehicle, capable of improving cooling performance while minimizing power consumption. The battery-powered low-power air conditioner for a vehicle of the present invention comprises: a compressor compressing and discharging a refrigerant; an electric motor providing rotational force to the compressor; a battery supplying power to the electric motor; a reducer connecting the electric motor and the compressor at a reduction ratio of 3 : 1; a condenser condensing the high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor; a capillary tube enabling the refrigerant liquefied by the condenser to be reduced while passing therethrough; an evaporator vaporizing the refrigerant passing through the capillary tube through heat exchange with steam heat; and a cooling unit receiving the refrigerant from the evaporator to cool the electric motor and then transferring the refrigerant to the compressor. The refrigerant circulates sequentially through the compressor, the condenser, the capillary tube, the evaporator, and the cooling unit, the capillary tube has a length of 30 cm and an outer diameter of 2.5 to 2.7 mm, and the revolution per minute of the compressor is less than 700 rpm.

    본 발명은 차량용 축전지 구동 저전력 에어컨에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전력소비를 최소화하면서 냉방성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 차량용 축전지 구동 저전력 에어컨에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 차량용 축전지 구동 저전력 에어컨은, 냉매를 압축하여 토출하는 압축기; 상기 압축기로 회전력을 제공하는 전동기; 상기 전동기로 전력을 공급하는 축전지; 상기 전동기와 압축기를 3:1의 감속비로 연결하는 감속기; 상기 압축기로부터 토출되는 고압의 냉매를 응축시키는 응축기; 상기 응축기에 의해 액체화된 냉매가 통과하면서 감압되는 모세관; 상기 모세관을 통과한 냉매를 증기열과의 열교환을 통해 기체화시키는 증발기; 상기 증발기로부터 냉매를 전달받아 상기 전동기를 냉각시킨 후 상기 압축기로 냉매를 전달하는 냉각부를 포함하고, 상기 냉매는 상기 압축기, 응축기, 모세관, 증발기, 냉각부를 차례로 순환하며, 상기 모세관은 길이 30cm, 외경 2.5~2.7mm이고, 상기 압축기의 분당회전수는 700rpm 미만인 것을 특징으로 한다.
