The present invention provides a ship having a continuously formed self-buoyancy dual structure deck, wherein recycling thereof is possible to improve economic effectiveness and enhance watertightness. The ship of the present invention comprises: a hull made from high-density polyethylene to provide buoyancy such that the hull can move while floating on the sea surface and have a buoyancy room formed inside; a plurality of watertight bulkheads made from high-density polyethylene disposed to be spaced apart from each other in a front and rear direction of the buoyance room in order to make the buoyance room divided water-tightly and have predetermined thickness in the front and rear direction, wherein outlines of a lateral surface unit and a lower surface unit are formed to correspond to an outline of the inner surface unit of the hull, thereby coming in close contact with the inner surface unit of the hull and a boundary with the inner surface unit of the hull is filled with a filler of high-density polyethylene to be fused; and a dual deck unit including a lower deck unit made from high-density polyethylene and fused by fillers of high-density polyethylene filling an upper part of the each water-tight bulkhead, a division bulkhead made from high-density polyethylene to have a lower end fused to a top surface of the lower deck unit and extended respectively in a front and rear direction, and an upper deck unit made from high-density polyethylene to have a lower surface thereof fused to a top end of the division bulkhead and a plurality of division rooms formed tightly between the upper deck unit and the lower deck unit.

    재활용이 가능하여 경제성이 개선되며 수밀성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 수면을 따라 부유된 상태로 이동 가능하도록 부력을 제공하며 내부에 부력공간이 형성되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 선체; 상기 부력공간이 수밀구획되도록 복수개로 구비되어 상기 부력공간에 전후방향을 따라 상호간 이격 배치되되, 기설정된 전후방향 두께를 갖도록 구비되며, 측면부 및 하면부 윤곽이 상기 선체의 내면부 윤곽에 형합 대응되어 상기 선체의 내면부에 밀착되고, 상기 선체 내면부와의 경계영역에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 충진제가 충진되어 융착 결합되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 수밀격벽부; 및 각 상기 수밀격벽부의 상부에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 충진제가 충진되어 융착 결합되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 하부갑판부와, 하단이 상기 하부갑판부의 상면에 융착 결합되고 전후방향을 따라 각각 연장되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 구획격벽부와, 하면이 각 상기 구획격벽부의 상단에 융착 결합되되 상기 하부갑판부와의 사이에 구획공간이 복수개소 밀폐 형성되는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질의 상부갑판부를 포함하는 이중갑판부를 포함하는 연속형상의 자체부력 이중구조 갑판을 가진 선박을 제공한다.
