천장(90)측에 설치되는 레일(91)을 따라 주행하는 주행부(20)와, 카세트(80)를 승강 가능하게 지지하는 승강부(30)를 구비하는 이송기(10)이고, 승강부(30)가 승강부 본체(31)와, 카세트(80)를 지지하는 승강 케이지(34)와, 승강부 본체(31)에 설치되어, 승강 케이지(34)에 대해서 전력을 공급하는 급전 장치(50)와, 승강 케이지(34)에 설치되어, 급전 장치(50)로부터 무접촉으로 전력을 수전하는 수전 장치(60)를 구비하고, 급전 장치(50)의 급전면(52)과 수전 장치(60)의 수전면(62)이 승강부 본체(31)에 대한 승강 케이지(34)의 상승시에 승강 케이지(34)의 승강 방향에 대해서 교차하는 방향을 향해서 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 것이다.

    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer machine that can prevent contact (collision) between a power supply device provided in a main body of a lifting part and a power reception device provided in a lifting cage when power feeding is carried out between the main body of the lifting part and the lifting cage.SOLUTION: A transfer machine 10 includes a traveling part 20 traveling along a rail 91 provided at the side of a ceiling 90 and a lifting part 30 liftably supporting a cassette 80. The lifting part 30 includes a main body 31 of the lifting part, a lifting cage 34 supporting a cassette 80, a power supply device 50 which is provided in the main body 31 of the lifting part and supplies power to the lifting cage 34, and a power reception device 60 which is provided in the lifting cage 34 and receives power from the power supply device 50 in a non-contact manner. A power supply surface 52 of the power supply device 50 and a power reception surface 62 of the power reception device 60 are disposed to face each other in the direction crossing the lifting direction of the lifting cage 34 when the lifting cage 34 is moved up with respect to the main body 31 of the lifting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
