본 발명의 무선충전용 파우더의 제조방법 등은 산소 함유 분위기에서 철 함유 원료입자를 600 ℃ 이하의 저온열처리온도까지 30분 내지 2시간 동안 승온하는 승온단계; 그리고 상기 저온열처리온도에서 1 내지 10시간 동안 유지하여 상기 철 함유 원료입자의 표면에 절연층이 형성된 무선충전용 파우더를 마련하는 열처리단계;를 포함하여, 발명의 상세한 설명에서 정의한 식 1에 따른 전류손실저감지수가 1.1 내지 3의 값을 갖는 무선충전용 파우더를 제조하며, 손실을 줄여 전기자동차 등의 무선충전용으로 활용될 수 있다.
A method for preparing powder for wireless charging according to an embodiment comprises: a temperature-raising step of raising the temperature of iron-containing raw material particles up to a low-temperature heat treatment temperature of 600 °C or less in an oxygen-containing atmosphere for 30 minutes to 2 hours; and a heat treatment step of maintaining the temperature at the low-temperature heat treatment temperature for 1-10 hours to prepare powder for wireless charging in which an insulating layer is formed on the surfaces of the iron-containing raw material particles, thereby preparing powder for wireless charging having a current loss reduction index of 1.1 to 3 according to equation 1 defined in the detailed description of the present invention. By reducing loss, the powder can be used for wireless charging of electric vehicles, drones, and the like.
