The present invention relates to a high-strength high corrosion resistant anchor capable of increasing the anchor′s rigidity and corrosion resistance. According to the present invention, the high-strength high corrosion resistant anchor comprises: a chain connection part to which an anchor chain is connected; and an anchor part made of rolled steel by digging into the seabed to create anchor-holding power. An alloy layer is formed on a surface of the anchor part.
