본 발명은 엘리베이터용 전동 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 병렬 접속된 3세트의 전력변환모듈을 선택적으로 접속 제어하여 3개 세트의 전력변환모듈 중 고장난 전력변환모듈을 차단하고 정상적으로 동작하는 전력변환모듈만을 선택하여 동작 제어할 수 있으며, 3 세트의 전력변환모듈 중 정상으로 동작하는 전력변환모듈의 수에 따라 정상 동작하는 전력변환모듈 수에 최적화하여 엘리베이터를 구동 제어하거나 안전하게 승객을 하차시킬 수 있는 엘리베이터용 구동 장치에 관한 것이다.
