According to the method, AC220 does not need to be independently used, the requirement for an N line is omitted, cost is reduced, and it is avoided that on-site workers use the N line and PE in a mixed mode; redundant electric energy generated by the traction machine can be directly used in the power generation states such as heavy-load descending and no-load ascending of the elevator, so that energy is saved, and the calorific value of energy consumption braking is reduced; the method is combined with the STO function of the driver, so that a safety relay is omitted, and external complex wiring of a safety loop and a control loop is also omitted; stepless gradual change of band-type brake voltage can be achieved through PWM, a complex voltage change circuit is not needed, cost is not increased, and safety and reliability are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯驱动器抱闸控制方法,属于机电控制技术领域;采用驱动器的制动电阻接入端作为曳引机抱闸电源的接入端。本发明方法不用单独使用AC220,省去了N线的需求,降低了成本,避免了现场工人将N线和PE混用;在电梯重载下行和空载上行等发电状态可以直接用曳引机发出的多余电能,既节能还减少了能耗制动的发热量;此方法和驱动器的STO功能结合不但省去了安全继电器,同时还省去外部复杂的安全回路和控制回路的接线;PWM可以实现抱闸电压的无级渐变,无需复杂的电压变化电路,不增加成本,安全可靠。
