The present invention relates to a smart buoy for marine observation and, more specifically, to a smart buoy for marine observation, which is installed in the sea to obtain installation position information and marine environment information, easily identify where the fishing nets and fishing gear of fishermen are located even in bad weather based on the obtained position information, prevent damage to marine resources and marine ecosystems with the obtained marine environment information, and support fishery activities of the fishermen. According to the present invention, the smart buoy for marine observation obtains marine environment information through a sensor module and transmits the information to a smartphone of a fisherman or marine control center. Accordingly, the smart buoy can prevent continuous damage such as spawning and seeding period changes of farmed creatures, the spread of a disease, a collapse and the like in response to real time changes of a marine environment; can be expected to bring about effects such as preventing damage to marine resources and marine ecosystems and supporting fishery activities smoothly, improving the quality of marine resources, sailing vessels safely and preventing ocean pollution; and can provide a marine disaster prediction and forecast system through big data analysis based on accumulated marine environment information.

    본 발명은 해양관측용 스마트 부이에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 해양에 설치되어 설치 위치정보 및 해양환경정보를 획득하며, 획득된 위치정보를 통해 기상악화 상황에서도 어업인의 어망 및 어구 등의 위치를 쉽게 파악할 수 있으며, 획득된 해양환경정보를 이용하여 수산자원 및 해양 생태계 피해를 예방하며, 어업인의 어업활동을 지원할 수 있는 해양관측용 스마트 부이에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해양관측용 스마트 부이는 센서모듈을 통해 해양환경정보를 획득하고 통신모듈을 통해 어업인의 스마트폰이나 해양관제센터로 전송함으로써 해양환경의 실시간 변화에 대응하여 양식생물의 산란 및 채묘시기변화, 질병확산, 폐사 등 지속적인 피해발생을 예방하고, 수산자원 및 해양생태계 피해예방 및 원활한 어업활동 지원과, 수산 자원의 품질 향상, 선박의 안정운항 및 해양 오염방지 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 축적된 해양환경정보 기반 빅데이터 분석을 통해 해양 재해 예측 및 예보 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
