The present invention relates to a lightweight front hybrid bumper back beam using a multi-material, and more specifically, to a lightweight front hybrid bumper back beam using a multi-material, including: an inner unit which is made of steel, has a front unit, an upper flange bent forward from each of the upper and lower sides of the front unit, and an inner unit, and corresponds to a steel reinforcement; and an outer unit which is made of a synthetic resin, is formed to surround the entire outer surface of the inner unit, and corresponds to a synthetic resin outer material.

    본 발명은 멀티 소재 적용 경량화 프론트 하이브리드 범퍼 백빔에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 스틸소재로 구성되며 전면부와, 전면부의 상측과 하측 각각에서 전방으로 절곡형성된 상부플랜지와, 하부플랜지를 갖는 스틸보강재에 해당하는 내측부; 및 합성수지로 구성되며, 상기 내측부의 외면 전체를 감싸도록 구성되어, 합성수지 외형재에 해당하는 외측부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 소재 적용 경량화 하이브리드 범퍼 백빔에 관한 것이다.
