The present invention relates to a lightweight front hybrid bumper back beam using a multi-material and a notch, and more specifically, to a lightweight front hybrid bumper back beam using a multi-material, which includes: an inner unit which is made of steel, has a front unit, an upper flange bent forward from each of the upper and lower sides of the front unit, and a lower flange, and corresponds to a steel reinforcement; and an outer unit which is made of a synthetic resin, is formed to surround the entire outer surface of the inner unit, and corresponds to a synthetic resin outer material, wherein a plurality of notch units spaced apart from each other and recessed concave toward the rear side are formed on the front end faces of the upper flange and the lower flange.

    본 발명은 멀티 소재와 노치 적용 경량화 하이브리드 범퍼 백빔에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 스틸소재로 구성되며, 전면부와, 전면부의 상측과 하측 각각에서 전방으로 절곡형성된 상부플랜지와, 하부플랜지를 갖는 스틸보강재에 해당하는 내측부; 및 합성수지로 구성되며, 상기 내측부의 외면 전체를 감싸도록 구성되어, 합성수지 외형재에 해당하는 외측부;를 포함하고, 상기 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지의 전단면에 서로 특정간격 이격되어 후방측으로 오목하게 함몰되는 복수의 노치부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 소재 적용 경량화 하이브리드 범퍼 백빔.에 관한 것이다.
