The present invention relates to an ICT convergence type intelligent control system for automatic vacuum stripping system (AVSS) control for a vessel, capable of simplifying a structure of an AVSS control module and efficiently performing failure diagnosis and safety management. The ICT convergence type intelligent control system for AVSS control for a vessel includes an HMI display and a control panel for controlling the ICT convergence type intelligent control system for AVSS control for a vessel. The ICT convergence type intelligent control system for AVSS control for a vessel also has a structure connected to a yard through a terminal block by a cable. The ICT convergence type intelligent control system for AVSS control for a vessel includes: a sensor unit including a level sensor, a pressure sensor, a GPS, a temperature sensor, and a vibration sensor; a control unit (PCB) performing functions of real-time storage of data, online and offline data measurement, sensing a failure based on big data, remote control, and storing a vessel moving route; and a wireless communication device supporting wireless communication between a control panel and a user.

    본 발명은 AVSS(Automatic Vacuum Stripping System) 제어 모듈의 구조를 단순화하고, 고장 진단 및 안전 관리가 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 한 선박용 AVSS 제어를 위한 ICT 융합 지능형 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로, 선박용 AVSS 제어를 위한 ICT 융합 지능형 제어 시스템의 제어를 위한 제어 패널 및 HMI 디스플레이를 포함하고, 야드(YARD)와 터미널 블록을 통하여 케이블로 연결되는 구조를 갖고,레벨 센서(Level Sensor), 압력 센서(Pressure Sensor), GPS, 온도 센서(Temperature Sensor), 진동 센서(Vibration Sensor)를 포함하는 센서부;데이터의 실시간 저장, 온라인 및 오프라인 데이터 측정, 빅데이터 기반의 고장 유무 감지, 원격제어, 선박 이동 경로 저장의 기능을 수행하는 제어 수단(PCB);제어 패널과 사용자와의 무선 통신을 지원하는 무선 통신 장치;를 포함하는 것이다.
