차로별 속도와 통행시간 정보를 기반으로 최적 경로의 안내가 이루어지도록 한 차로 기반의 최적 경로 안내시스템에 관한 것으로서, GPS 위성을 통해 위치 정보와 속도 정보 및 주행차로 정보를 획득하는 정밀 측위 장치, 경로 안내를 수행하는 경로안내 단말기로부터 차량 데이터를 교통정보로 수집하여 저장하고, 수집한 교통정보를 데이터 마이닝을 통해 차로별 속도 정보를 산출하여 최적의 경로를 생성하고, 생성한 경로 정보를 상기 경로안내 단말기에 제공하는 차로 기반 속도정보 제공장치 및 차로 기반 속도정보 제공장치로부터 전송되는 최적 경로를 안내해주는 경로안내 단말기를 포함하여, 차로 기반의 최적 경로 안내시스템을 구현한다.

    The present invention relates to a street-based optimal route guide system which allows a guide of an optimal route based on speed for each street and passing time information. The street-based optimal route guide system comprises: a precision positioning device to acquire position information, speed information, and driving street information by a GPS satellite; a street-based speed information providing device to collect vehicle data as traffic information from a route guide terminal performing a route guide to store the traffic information, use the collected traffic information to calculate speed information for each street by data mining to generate an optical route, and supply generated route information to the route guide terminal; and the route guide terminal to guide the optimal route transmitted from the street-based speed information providing device.
