The present invention relates to a construction safety monitoring system combining IoE with a drone. According to the present invention, the construction safety monitoring system comprises a protective gear with an identification code, a drone, and a host terminal. The drone acquires an image of a worker and a site such as an industrial site and a construction site in real time by using a camera module during autonomous driving or driving by remote control and transmits the acquired image to the host terminal in real time. The host terminal recognizes and extracts, from the transmitted image, the identification code of the protective gear worn by the worker, and a facial image. The host terminal checks whether the worker wears the protective gear through the extracted identification code. According to the present invention, the safety of the worker can be increased, a safe site can be created, and an industrial accident rate can be reduced by managing the safety of the site with the IOE and the drone in various industrial fields and safety fields.

    본 발명은 IOE와 드론을 융합한 건설 안전 점검 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 건설 안전 점검 모니터링 시스템은 식별 코드가 부여된 안전 보호구와, 드론 및 호스트 단말기를 포함한다. 드론은 자율 주행 또는 원격 제어에 의한 주행 중에 카메라 모듈을 이용하여 산업 현장, 건설 현장 등의 근로자와 현장에 대한 영상을 실시간 획득하고, 획득된 영상을 호스트 단말기로 실시간 전송한다. 호스트 단말기는 전송된 영상으로부터 근로자가 착용한 안전 보호구의 식별 코드와 얼굴 이미지를 인식 및 추출한다. 호스트 단말기는 추출된 식별 코드를 통해 근로자의 안전 보호구 착용 여부를 점검한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 다양한 산업 분야 및 안전 분야에서 IOE와 드론을 활용하여 현장의 안전을 관리함으로써, 근로자의 안전 증진, 안전한 현장 조성 및 산업 재해율 감소의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
