The present invention relates to a real time seawater quality monitoring system observing the seawater quality on the sea to monitor the same in real-time and, more specifically, to a real time seawater quality monitoring system introducing an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to acquire a water surface image and a thermal image, so as to realize precise monitoring, and including an independent generation unit to ensure stable power, so as to realize long-term monitoring. According to the present invention, the real time sea water quality monitoring system comprises: an underwater observer to observe the quality of seawater; the UAV to photograph the surface of the sea; the independent generation unit to independently perform generation; global positioning system (GPS) equipment to acquire location information; communication equipment to transmit seawater quality information observed by the underwater observer, a water surface image photographed by the UAV, and the location information acquired by the GPS equipment to a land control center; and a buoyant module assembly floating on the surface of the seawater to provide an installation or landing space for the underwater observer, the UAV, the independent generation unit, the GPS equipment, and the communication equipment.

    본 발명은 해상의 수질을 관측하여 실시간으로 모니터링하는 실시간 해상 수질 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 무인항공기를 도입하여 수상영상과 열화상영상을 취득함으로써 보다 정밀한 모니터링이 가능하고, 자가발전유닛을 구비하여 안정적인 전원을 확보함으로써 장기적인 모니터링이 가능한 실시간 해상 수질 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 실시간 해상 수질 모니터링 시스템은 수질을 관측하는 수중관측기; 수상을 촬영하는 무인항공기; 자가발전하는 자가발전유닛; 위치정보를 취득하는 GPS장비; 상기 수중관측기가 관측하는 수질정보, 상기 무인항공기가 촬영하는 수상영상, 상기 GPS장비가 취득하는 위치정보를 육상의 관제센터로 전송하는 통신장비; 해수면에 부유하여, 상기 수중관측기, 무인항공기, 자가발전유닛, GPS장비 및 통신장비의 설치공간이나 이착륙공간을 제공하는 부이모듈 조립체;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
