According to the present invention, a through hole is formed inside the cover member so that a connection cable of a GPS antenna can be directly introduced into the interior of a traffic signal controller, thereby preventing the connection cable from being damaged by external shocks or the like, as the connection cable is not expose to the outside, and preventing the fault of the traffic signal controller due to leaking or the like by fundamentally blocking the rainwater from blowing to the surface of the connection cable.

    본 발명은 커버부재에 GPS 안테나의 연결케이블이 교통신호제어기의 내부로 바로 인입될 수 있도록 통과공을 형성함으로써, 연결케이블이 외부에 노출되지 않아 연결케이블이 외부 충격 등에 의해 손상되는 것을 방지하고, 우천시 빗물이 연결케이블의 표면에 흐르는 것을 원천 차단하여 누수 등에 의한 교통신호제어기의 장애를 유발을 방지할 수 있다.
