The present invention relates to a pre-heating integrated control apparatus and a method of a plugin hybrid electric commercial vehicle, wherein the apparatus comprises: a circulation line absorbing heat generated in each battery cell through heat exchange when charging a battery pack by circulating cooling water, and transmitting the absorbed heat to an engine block and a heater core; a circulation pump pumping for the cooling water to be circulated through the circulation line; a control valve installed on the circulation line, and controlling a flow rate of the cooling water; and an integrated control unit controlling operation of the circulation pump, the control valve, and a heater by pre-heating the engine block and the heater core by using heat generated in the battery pack based on a driving condition of a vehicle. Therefore, ignition initial performance in the winter season can be improved by circulating cooling water that absorbs heat generated in a process of charging a battery pack to pre-heat an engine block.
플러그인 하이브리드 상용차의 프리히팅 통합 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 냉각수를 순환시켜 배터리팩의 충전 시 열교환을 통해 각 배터리셀에서 발생하는 열을 흡수하고 엔진 블록과 히터 코어에 흡수한 열을 전달하는 순환라인, 상기 순환라인을 통해 냉각수가 순환하도록 펌핑 동작하는 순환펌프, 상기 순환라인 상에 설치되고 냉각수의 유량을 조절하는 조절밸브 및 차량의 운행 조건에 기초해서 배터리팩에서 발생한 열을 이용해서 엔진 블록과 히터 코어를 예열하도록 상기 순환펌프와 조절밸브 및 히터의 구동을 제어하는 통합 제어부를 포함하는 구성을 마련하여, 배터리 팩을 충전하는 과정에서 발생하는 열을 흡수한 냉각수를 순환시켜 엔진 블록을 예열해서 겨울철 시동 초기 성능을 개선할 수 있다.
