The present invention relates to an eddy-current braking system for a railway vehicle for braking noise reduction, including a fixed vortex braking section provided at both sides of a line formed in a station at predetermined intervals to generate an eddy-current and a moving section provided in the railway vehicle in correspondence with the fixed vortex braking section to generate a magnetic field. According to the present invention, eddy-current braking is performed with only the simple moving section mounted on a railway vehicle, and thus noise is reduced during railway vehicle braking in a station. Particularly, according to the present invention, when a railway vehicle enters a station, the moving section attached to the railway vehicle passes through a fixed vortex braking section installed at the entrance of the station during vortex-based braking, and thus rail heat generation can be minimized, the durability of the railway vehicle braking system can be improved, and the railway vehicle can be stopped at a right position with stability.

    본 발명은 제동소음 저감을 위한 철도차량용 와전류 제동시스템에 관한 것으로; 역사에 형성되는 선로의 양측에 설정 간격으로 설치되어 와전류를 발생시키는 고정형 와류 제동부와, 철도차량에 상기 고정형 와류 제동부에 대응되게 설치되어 자기장을 발생하는 이동부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 철도차량에 간단한 이동부만 장착하여 와전류 제동을 수행하여 역사 내에서 찰도차량의 제동시 소음을 저감할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명에 따르면 철도차량의 역사 진입시 철도차량에 부착 설치된 이동부가 역사의 진입부에 설치된 고정형 와류 제동부를 통과하며 와류에 의해 제동되므로 레일의 발열을 최소화하며, 철도차량 제동장치의 내구성도 향상시키고, 철도차량의 안정적인 정위치 정차도 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.
