Disclosed are a method and a system for controlling parking on a slope. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system (100) for controlling parking on a slope includes an element to fix an output shaft by coupling a parking gear (141) of an automatic transmission to a parking sprag (142) to prevent the output shaft from moving. The system (100) includes a sensor (111) and a transmission control unit (TCU)(120). The sensor (111) is mounted in a housing of the automatic transmission adjacent to the parking gear (141) to detect information on a specific location of the parking gear (141) and to transmit the detected data to the TCU (120). The TCU (120) controls a brake controller (antilock brake system, 130) based on data, a gearshift lever signal, and a brake signal received from the sensor (111). According to the system and the method for controlling parking on the slope of the present invention, provided is a system for controlling parking on the slope, capable of preventing the unintentional pushing of the vehicle occurring while a brake is being released.

    경사로 주차 제어시스템 및 제어방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 경사로 주차 제어시스템(100)는, 자동변속기의 파킹 기어(141)에 파킹 스프래그(parking sprag, 142)를 체결하여 출력축(output shaft)이 움직이지 않도록 고정하는 구성을 포함하는 주차 제어시스템으로서, 파킹 기어(141)와 인접한 자동변속기 하우징에 장착되고, 파킹 기어(141)의 특정 위치 정보를 검출하여 검출된 데이터를 변속기 제어유닛(TCU, Transmission Control Unit, 120)에 전달하는 검출 센서(111); 및 상기 검출 센서(111)로부터 수신한 데이터, 변속 레버 신호 및 브레이크 신호를 바탕으로 브레이크 제어부(ABS, 130)를 제어하는 변속기 제어유닛(TCU, 120);을 포함하는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다. 본 발명의 경사로 주차 제어시스템 및 제어방법에 따르면, 브레이크를 해제함과 동시에 발생되는 차량의 의도되지 않은 밀림 현상을 방지할 수 있는 경사로 주차 제어시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
