The present invention relates to a power supply circuit for a railway vehicle with a unidirectional semiconductor transformer. The power supply circuit comprises: a unidirectional transformer unidirectionally converting alternating voltage supplied from a car line into direct current voltage to transfer the direct current voltage; and an energy storage device commonly connected to an output side of the unidirectional semiconductor transformer to charge and discharge energy. According to the present invention, the unidirectional semiconductor transformer and the energy storage device are commonly disconnected to form a power supply circuit so as to miniaturize and reduce the weight compared to the existing semiconductor transformer formed to bidirectionally transfer energy, thereby improving a transportation ability and the operation performance of the railway vehicle due to weight reduction and volume reduction of the railway vehicle.
본 발명은 단방향 반도체 변압기를 갖는 철도차량 전원회로에 관한 것으로; 전차선으로부터 공급되는 교류 전압을 직류 전압으로 단방향 변환하여 전달하는 단방향 반도체변압기와, 상기 단방향 반도체변압기의 출력측에 공통으로 연결되어 에너지가 충방전되는 에너지 저장장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 단방향 반도체변압기와 에너지 저장장치가 공통으로 연결되도록 전원회로를 구성하여 양방향 에너지 전달을 갖도록 구성되는 기존의 반도체 변압기보다 소형화 및 경량화할 수 있고 이로 인해 철도차량의 중량 경감 및 체적 축소를 통한 철도차량의 운행 성능 및 운송능력을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
