The invention discloses a power supply circuit, method and device of a railway vehicle and the railway vehicle. The power supply circuit comprises a traction transformer and a switching circuit. The switching circuit is used for switching the turn ratio of a primary winding to a secondary winding of the traction transformer, so that after the traction transformer converts different alternating currents, the secondary winding of the traction transformer outputs alternating currents with consistent voltage, and therefore, the voltages of the alternating currents received by the traction converter are consistent. After the technical scheme of the invention is sampled; various different traction converters do not need to be designed to use different power supply systems; the voltage of the alternating current output by the secondary winding of the traction transformer is consistent; the same traction converter can adapt to various different power supply systems, the number of traction converters needed by a rail vehicle is reduced, and therefore the size and the weight of traction equipment composed of the traction converters are reduced, and the bearing burden of the rail vehicle is relieved.
