The present invention relates to a crank structure of a bicycle which has a firm support structure of a crank shaft coupled into a frame hub of a bicycle, and a crank arm coupled to both ends of the crank shaft, and also has an easily repaired and replaced assembly structure. According to the crank structure of a bicycle of the present invention, a fastening bolt (700) allows an adhering unit (300), a moving unit (400), and an expansion inducing unit (500) to be assembled to pass through a first insertion hole (402) of the moving unit (400) through a second insertion hole (601) of a cap unit (600) so as to be moved by being screw-coupled to a second fastening hole (301) of the adhering unit (300), and also, is screw-coupled to a first fastening hole (111) of a coupling shaft (120) of a crank shaft (100). Herein, the adhering unit (300) is moved inside the fastening hole (121) by screw-coupling with the second fastening hole (301) of the adhering unit (300) due to the fastening of the first fastening hole (111) of the coupling shaft (120), and at the same time, the expansion inducing unit (500) coupled to the moving unit (400) is moved. Herein, a first control tab (502) of the expansion inducing unit (500) is engaged with an cutout opening (124) of the coupling shaft (120) for a guide, and also, an outer circumferential surface of the expansion inducing unit (500) strongly presses an inner circumferential surface of the fastening hole (121). Therefore, the coupling shaft (120) is expanded to the outside to closely press an inner circumferential surface of a shaft hole (210) of a crank arm (200) closely adhering to an outer circumferential surface of the coupling shaft (120). As a result, a firm assembly structure is provided.

    본 발명은 자전거의 프레임 허브 내에 결합된 크랭크축과 상기 크랭크축 양단에 결합되는 크랭크 아암의 견고한 지지구조를 가지면서 수리 및 교체가 용이한 조립구조를 가지는 자전거의 크랭크 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 체결볼트(700)가 상기 밀착부(300), 이동부(400) 및 확관유도부(500)를 조립 한 후 캡부(600)의 제2삽입공(601)을 통해 이동부(400)의 제1삽입공(402)을 통과하여 밀착부(300)의 제2체결공(301)을 나사결합하여 이동하면서 크랭크축(100)의 결합축(120) 제1체결공(111)에 나사결합되며, 이때 상기 결합축(120)의 제1체결공(111)의 체결로 인해 상기 밀착부(300)의 제2체결공(301)과의 나사결합으로 결속홀(121) 내측으로 밀착부(300)가 이동되면서 동시에 이동부(400)에 결합된 확관유도부(500)가 이동되며, 이때 확관유도부(500)의 제1단속탭(502)이 결합축(120)의 절개공(124)에 결속되어 가이드하면서 확관유도부(500)의 외주면이 결속홀(121)의 내주면을 강하게 가압하여 결합축(120)이 외부로 확관되어 결합축(120) 외주면과 밀착된 크랭크 아암(200)의 축공(210) 내주면을 밀착 가압하여 견고한 조립구조를 가지는 자전거의 크랭크 구조체를 가지게 된다.
