The present invention relates to a core molding device which molds an end portion in a different shape with a length of a plate material by inserting a core on a terminal end of an end portion of the plate material during a process of manufacturing a hollow arm by welding the plate material through a UO molding process such as a trailing arm or a torsion beam for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the core molding device comprises: a guide groove (41) formed on both side surface of a core block (40) by having the core block installed with a core (30) on a front surface thereof on one side of a lower portion die (10); and a roller (21) capable of descending along both side surfaces of the guide groove (41) of the core block (40) on one side of an upper portion die (20), thereby capable of moving the core (30) forwards and backwards in accordance with the descent of the roller (21) by a shape of the guide groove (41).
본 발명은 차량용 트레일링 암이나 토션 빔과 같이 판재를 UO성형공정을 거쳐 용접함으로써 중공형태의 암으로 제조하는 공정 중 판재의 단부 끝단에 코어를 삽입하여 판재의 길이와 다른 형태로 단부를 성형하는 코어성형장에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코어성형장치는, 전면에 코어(30)가 장착된 코어블록(40)을 하부금형(10)의 일측에 구비하여 그 코어블록(40)의 양측면에 가이드홈(41)을 형성하고, 상부금형(20)의 일측에는 코어블록(40)의 양측면 가이드홈(41)을 따라 하강할 수 있는 롤러(21)를 구비하여서, 가이드홈(41)의 형태에 의한 롤러(21)의 하강에 따라 코어(30)를 전후방으로 이송시킬 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
