The invention discloses a core mold shell lamination molding method for carbon fiber bicycle parts and a molding structure thereof. The method mainly comprises the steps of: core mold shell molding, core mold shell surface lamination, compression molding, heat-curing and completion of finished product, so as to prepare a carbon fiber bicycle part. The molding structure of the bicycle part comprises at least one hollow shell structure formed with at least two port core mold shells, and a carbon fiber layer formed by lamination of impregnated carbon fiber sheet layer arranged on the outside the core mold shell, so that one joint surface of the carbon fiber layer namely the impregnation glue containing carbon impregnated carbon fiber cloth bonds with the outer surface of the core mold shell; therefore, the time-consuming demoulding process in the manufacturing process of the ordinary carbon fiber bicycle parts is avoided, and manufacturing time for the carbon fiber bicycle parts is shortened.
