The present invention prelates to a device for estimating a charging state of a battery rack including a battery pack composed of a unit battery. The device for estimating a charging state of a battery rack comprises: an input part receiving charging/discharging voltage data with respect to the unit battery; an imbalance measuring part calculating battery pack imbalance information including a value of an imbalance degree with respect to charging/discharging voltage of the battery pack from the charging/discharging voltage data; and a charging state estimating part calculating battery pack charging state information including a value of the charging state with respect to the battery pack from the charging/discharging voltage data, and estimating a value of a battery rack charging state representing a degree of the charging state with respect to the battery rack based on the battery pack charging state information and the battery pack imbalance information.

    본 발명은, 단위 배터리로 구성된 배터리팩을 포함하는 배터리랙에 대한 충전상태를 추정하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 단위 배터리에 대한 충방전 전압데이터를 입력받는 입력부; 상기 충방전 전압데이터로부터 상기 배터리팩의 충방전 전압에 대한 불균형 정도의 값을 포함하는 배터리팩 불균형 정보를 산출하는 불균형 측정부; 및 상기 충방전 전압데이터로부터 상기 배터리팩에 대한 충전상태의 값을 포함하는 배터리팩 충전상태 정보를 산출하고, 상기 배터리팩 충전상태 정보 및 배터리팩 불균형 정보를 기반으로 상기 배터리랙에 대한 충전상태 정도를 나타내는 배터리랙 충전상태 값을 추정하는 충전상태 추정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리랙 충전상태 추정 장치를 제공한다.
