The disclosed motor coupling structure of an engine clutch for a hybrid transmission connects a rotor of a motor and a retainer of an engine clutch by a spline in a hybrid transmission, and can comprise at least one damping unit installed in an axial direction of the rotor in an edge portion of the retainer between an end portion of the rotor and the edge portion of the retainer, and connected to the end portion of the rotor.
