To improve safety properties of a hydrogen station, shorten a required safety distance from a road and a boundary for relaxing constraint of a construction site and an area, and surely protect from fire or the like in a neighborhood so as to prevent significant cost increase.SOLUTION: A hydrogen station comprises: a dispenser 14 for supplying hydrogen; and a disaster prevention facility for protecting a prescribed protection object section including an installation area of the dispenser 14, where the disaster prevention facility comprises: a partition sheet 56 for surrounding and partitioning the protection object section; and a plurality of dispersing means which includes first fire fighting means for dispersing a fire retardant into the protection object section partitioned by the partition sheet 56 and disperses a prescribed substance to a prescribed area to cope with an abnormal event which has occurred. The hydrogen station comprises a plurality of operation patterns which selectively operates the plurality of dispersing means according to an occurrence position of the abnormal event or a kind of the abnormal event, and, in the occurrence of the abnormal event, the plurality of dispersing means including the first fire fighting means is operated in an operation pattern coping with the occurrence position of the abnormal event occurred, or the kind of the abnormal event.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
