To provide a mounting structure for a power storage device capable of absorbing tolerance in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 1 for a power storage device includes a power storage device 10, a first bracket 100, a second bracket 200, a first fastening member B1, a second fastening member B2, a third fastening member B3, and a fourth fastening member B4. The first bracket 100 has a first plate portion 110 having a side fixing portion 112 and an extension portion 114, and a second plate portion 120. The second bracket 200 has an upper fixing portion 210 and a movable fixing portion 220. A first elongated hole h1 is formed in the side fixing portion 112, and a second elongated hole h2 is formed in at least one of the extension portion 114 and the movable fixing portion 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
