To provide a power storage device mounting structure which enables space saving.SOLUTION: A power storage device mounting structure 100 includes: a seat cushion 3 and a seat cushion support part 10; a power storage device 20 including a power storage stack 21 and a stack housing part 22 and disposed below the seat cushion 3; a blower unit 50; a first electronic device 30 including an electronic component 32 mounted on a mounting surface 31a; and a second electronic device 40. The blower unit 50 includes: a blower 51 which is disposed facing one side of the stack housing part 22; and an air duct 52 which guides cooling air to the stack housing part 22. The first electronic device 30 is disposed between the blower 51 and the stack housing part 22 so that the electronic device 30 avoids overlapping with the air duct 52 in a vertical direction and the mounting surface 31a faces the blower 51. The second electronic device 40 is disposed at a position which is located at the upper side of the stack housing part 22 and does not interfere with the seat cushion support part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
