To provide a monitoring device of a road facility that is capable of detecting a failure regarding a vehicle-traveling environment generated due to a gradual change for a long period of time, in regard to the road facility.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 20 of a road facility comprises a normal time data storage unit 211, a running state data calculation unit 221, and a determination unit 223. The normal time data storage unit 211 stores running state data about a running operation of a vehicle running inside a road facility X during a first period in which a vehicle running environment in the road facility X as a monitoring object is in a normal state, as normal time data. The running state data calculation unit 221 calculates the running state data about the running operation of the vehicle running inside the road facility X during a second period in which a vehicle running environment in the road facility X that is a monitoring object, as monitoring time data. The determination unit 223 determines that a failure occurs in the vehicle running environment of the road facility X, when a difference value between the normal time data and the monitoring time data is a predetermined threshold value or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
