To easily obtain a state of a road facility.SOLUTION: A road facility state management system comprises: RFID tags 50 each of which has a state detection function and is attached to each road facility 20; on-vehicle information collection devices 60 each of which is mounted on a vehicle 30 traveling on a road 10, and includes an RFID reader 61 for reading tag information including state information and an ID from the RFID tag 50 with the state detection function and a vehicle-side communication device 68 for transmitting the tag information; and a server device 70 which includes a server-side communication device 71 for receiving the tag information to be transmitted from the vehicle-side communication device 68, a server-side storage device 72, and a control section 80 for preserving the tag information received via the server-side communication device 71 in the server-side storage device 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
