To properly detect a sign of the occurrence of a stuck condition.SOLUTION: A device for detecting a sign of stuck condition (2) includes: a calculation section (201) which compares a first wheel speed of a driving wheel with a second wheel speed, which is an average value of the wheel speed of the driving wheel, and calculates a deviation-related value related to deviation of the first wheel speed with respect to the second wheel speed; and a stuck condition determination section (202) which determines the possibility of occurrence of a stuck condition for a vehicle when the deviation-related value is equal to a prescribed threshold or greater and an acceleration request is being made for the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
