To provide a technique of determining a proper method of operating a vehicle according to a state of a road in a remote automatic operation system.SOLUTION: A remote automatic operation system includes: a remote control unit for operating a vehicle by remote control, the vehicle being capable of travelling on a road in a factory in a manufacturing step and having a vehicle communication unit with a communication function and an operation control unit for executing vehicle operation control; a road information acquisition unit for acquiring road information as information on an environment of a road on which the vehicle can travel by the remote control; and a travel method determination unit for determining a method for travelling including at least one of whether the vehicle may travel and a travel route for the vehicle to travel, by using the acquired travel route information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
