To provide a weld structure of a work machine having a high resistance against impact load while mitigating stress at a welding point.SOLUTION: In a structure in which an edge part of a plate member 22 corresponding to a second member is abut-welded (weld bead 22d) with a beam member 20 corresponding to a first member, and a notched concave part G is formed in the second member so as to leave an end of the edge part in a projected piece shape, a reinforcement plate 24 is provided which is attached and fixed on the second member along the concave part G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
