To provide a weld structure in which material strength of a softened heat-affected part in a weld part is recovered, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A weld structure is constituted of a plurality of parts made of a steel material and weld-joined to one another. In the weld structure, Vickers hardness of a heat-affected part in a weld part is equivalent to Vickers hardness of steel materials (base metal) other than a region of the weld part within a range of 11% or more and 25% or less of a thickness from a surface of the steel material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
