To provide an attachment structure of a battery pack capable of preventing brackets disposed on the battery pack from being brought into contact with wire harnesses arranged in a vehicle when the battery pack is attached to the vehicle.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a battery pack comprises brackets which are provided on a bottom face of a battery pack and fix the battery pack to a fixing member disposed on a floor panel of a vehicle, and at least a waterproof tray provided between a part of the bottom face of the battery pack and the floor panel. The attachment structure of the battery pack is formed in such a manner that a height of a side face of the waterproof tray is higher than a height of wire harnesses arranged on at least positions of the brackets, and while avoiding the wire harnesses arranged on a frame of the vehicle, it is attached to the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
