To provide an attachment structure of a battery pack that can reduce the risk that an electric instrument arranged at a rear side in a vehicle longitudinal direction of the battery pack enters the battery pack, even if a vehicle gets rear-ended.SOLUTION: The attachment structure of a battery pack comprises: a rear floor panel constituting a bottom surface of a cargo compartment of a vehicle; a battery pack, arranged along a vehicle width direction on the rear floor panel, which stores a battery; an electric instrument, arranged at a rear side in a vehicle longitudinal direction of the battery pack, which is fixed to the rear floor panel; and a bracket, arranged adjacently to the electric instrument in the vehicle width direction, whose one end part is fixed to an outer side, which is a rear side in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the battery pack and whose other end part is fixed to the rear floor panel. The bracket has an inclined part gradually inclined downward from the one end part to the other end part as approaching the rear side in the vehicle longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
