To provide a travel plan creation device which can create a travel plan for smoothly traveling at a connection point of lanes.SOLUTION: A travel plan creation device specifies, for a connection point at which a driving lane on which a vehicle travels is connected with other lane different from the driving lane in front of the vehicle, an approach time range showing a time range within which approach of the vehicle from the driving lane to the connection point is recommended, and creates a travel plan including transition of travel speed of the vehicle from a current position of the vehicle to the connection point so as to reach the connection point within the approach time range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】車線の接続地点を円滑に走行するための走行計画を作成することができる走行計画作成装置を提供する。【解決手段】走行計画作成装置は、車両の走行している走行車線が車両の前方で走行車線とは異なる他車線と接続される接続地点について、走行車線から接続地点への車両の進入が推奨される時間範囲を示す進入時間範囲を特定し、進入時間範囲内に接続地点に到達するように、車両の現在位置から接続地点までの車両の走行速度の推移を含む走行計画を作成する。【選択図】図9
