To prevent derailment of a high-speed vehicle on a rail track with a curved railway wheel, and derailment caused by an earthquake.SOLUTION: A derailment prevention device body (8) is installed on right and left sides in a lower unit of a truck body (5) of a vehicle, and a derailment prevention thick plate (10) is stored to be capable of being slide vertically in a wide width groove (9) provided on it. Derailment is prevented such that: when the vehicle travels on a rail curved toward the right side, a left-side hook unit (7) rides up on a left-side rail (1) by centrifugal force, a left-side derailment prevention device body (8) moves obliquely upward toward a rail, and a front surface (11) of the derailment prevention thick plate (10) hits a side surface (3) of a rail head, then an L-shaped hook unit (13) hits a lower surface of an eave (4) of the rail head, furthermore a positioning pin (14) between the derailment prevention thick plates is cut off when the derailment prevention device body floats up, and then wheels (6) are returned to the rail by dropping after the derailment prevention device body is sprung up for more than 10 cm almost vertically by being guided by the derailment prevention thick plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】鉄道車輪のカーブした線路上の高速車輛の脱線、及び地震による脱線を防止する。【解決手段】車両の台車本体(5)の下部の左側と右側に脱出防止装置本体(8)を設置し、それに設けた広幅溝(9)に脱出防止用厚板(10)が上下に滑動しうる様に収納されている。車両が右側にカーブした線路を走るとき、遠心力により左側の鍔部(7)が左側のレール(1)の上にせり乗り左側の脱出防止装置本体(8)がレールに向い斜上方に移動して脱出防止用厚板(10)の前面(11)がレール頭の側面(3)にぶつかり、そしてそのL字形鉤部(13)がレール頭の庇(4)の下面にぶつかり、更に脱出防止装置本体が浮上することにより脱出防止用厚板との間の位置決め用ピン(14)が切断される、そして脱出防止装置本体は脱出防止用厚板に導かれて、ほぼ垂直に10cm以上もはね上げられた後、落下し車輪(6)はレール上に戻り、脱線は防止される。【選択図】図3
