To provide a tunnel carriage wheel that allows a tunnel carriage to move smoothly on a standard rail simply installed in a tunnel.SOLUTION: A wheel 2 of the invention is placed on a standard rail 1 and supports a tunnel carriage V so as to be movable along the standard rail 1 with a central portion 14 of a top surface of a head 13 forming a convex curved surface having a relatively large curvature radius R1, and with both side edges 15, 16 of the top surface of the head 13 having relatively small curvature radii R2, R3, respectively. An outer peripheral surface 21 of the wheel 2 is formed to be a concave curved surface having a radius curvature same as the curvature radius R1 of the central portion 14 of the standard rail 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
