To provide an underwater floating-type power generation device which can suppress an influence exerted on the maintenance of a posture of a floating body resulting from the adjustment of buoyance.SOLUTION: An underwater floating-type power generation device which floats in water comprises a cylindrical outer shell 30 which forms an internal space S, and a partitioning plate 32 arranged in the internal space S so as to extend in a longitudinal direction of the outer shell 30, and partitioning the internal space S into a water-tight apparatus accommodation region R1 and a buoyance adjustment region R2 for adjusting buoyance by the charge and discharge of water. When the outer shell 30 accommodating an onboard apparatus is in a state of being floated in water, the partitioning plate 32 is arranged at a lower side along a vertical direction rather than the center of gravity including the outer shell 30 and the onboard apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
