To provide a railway vehicle air conditioning device that facilitates maintenance despite the fact that an amount of air passing through an indoor heat exchanger is unlikely to reduce and scattering of condensation water toward an air outlet is suppressed.SOLUTION: In a railway vehicle air conditioning device 600, an indoor heat exchanger 124 is disposed at a position inside a housing where an air flow AF passes. A drain pan 152 is disposed below the indoor heat exchanger 124 inside the housing. A first gap GP1 is secured between a lower end part 124e of the indoor heat exchanger 124 and a bottom surface 152a of the drain pain 152. A closing member 300 has: an elastic close contact part 390 that elastically comes into close contact with the bottom surface 152a of the drain pan 152; and a closing part 310 that closes a space between the elastic close contact part 390 and the indoor heat exchanger 124 in such a manner that at least a part of a load of the indoor heat exchanger 124 is transmitted to the elastic close contact part 390, wherein the closing member is attachable and detachable with respect to the indoor heat exchanger 124.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
