PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature and pressure of a refrigerant flowing in an outdoor heat exchanger and to reduce power consumption of a compressor by utilizing drain water condensed in an indoor heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In an air conditioning device for a railway vehicle mounted on a roof R of a railway vehicle, an indoor heat exchanger 4 and an outdoor heat exchanger are disposed front and back in a railway vehicle longitudinal direction 100. Dew condensation water received in a drain pan 13 disposed along a lower side of the indoor heat exchanger 4 is stored in a tank 14. A spray device sucks the dew condensation water stored in the tank 14 by a water pump 30, and sprays it to the outdoor heat exchanger through a nozzle via a water discharge pipe 32 and a solenoid valve 34. The tank 14 is provided in a gap between a bottom part of an air conditioning device 1 for a railway vehicle and the roof R of the railway vehicle along the longitudinal direction 100 of the railway vehicle so as to direct to the outdoor heat exchanger in an end part of a railway vehicle width direction 110.

    【課題】室内熱交換器で凝縮したドレン水を利用して、室外熱交換器を流れる冷媒の温度と圧力とを低減し、圧縮機の消費電力を低減する。【解決手段】鉄道車両の屋根R上に搭載される鉄道車両用空調装置において、室内熱交換器4と室外熱交換器は、鉄道車両長手方向100に前後して配設されている。室内熱交換器4の下方に沿って配設されたドレンパン13で受け止めた結露水は、タンク14に貯留される。散布装置は、水ポンプ30により、タンク14に溜められた結露水を吸引して、水吐出管32、電磁弁34を解して、ノズルにより、室外熱交換器に散布する。タンク14は、鉄道車両幅方向110の端部において、室外熱交換器に向かうよう、鉄道車両の長手方向100に沿って、鉄道車両用空調装置1の底部と鉄道車両の屋根Rとの間隙に設けられている。【選択図】図3
