To make proper damping force function according to a relative displacement.SOLUTION: Three-dimensional fabrics 31,32 are provided in one of a first member 10 and a second member 20 provided relatively movably so that a clearance C between itself and the other in a direction orthogonal to a movement direction partially varies along the movement direction. Therefore, by a relative position of the first member 10 and the second member 20, a compression amount of the three-dimensional fabrics 31,32 by compression members 51,52 is varied, and accordingly, sliding resistance force applied to both of them varies. Thus, by adjustment of the clearance C between the three-dimensional fabrics 31,32 and the first member 10 or the second member 20, damping force generated when the first member 10 and the second member 20 relatively move can be set to various characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
