To provide a cooling oil circulation system that is able to shorten a warm-up time.SOLUTION: A cooling oil circulation system 10 includes: an oil pan 31 that stores cooling oil; an oil tank 32 that stores the cooling oil; an oil pump that sucks the cooling oil from the oil pan 31 and feeds it to an electric drive mechanism 2; a first flow passage A1 through which the cooling oil discharged from the electric drive mechanism 2 is allowed to flow to the oil pan 31; a second flow passage A2 that branches from the first flow passage A1 and allows the cooling oil to flow to the oil pan 31 via the oil tank 32; a valve 11 that switches between a first state in which a flow of the cooling oil through the second flow passage A2 is blocked and a second state in which the flow of the cooling oil through the second flow passage A2 is allowed to communicate; and a control unit 40 that executes a control for switching the valve to the first state or the second state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
