The invention provides a self-circulation evaporative cooling system. The self-circulation evaporative cooling system comprises a storage cavity (1), a cooling passage (3), a pressure-maintaining vapor-liquid separation structure (6) and a sealing structure (5), the storage cavity (1) is arranged on a body of a cooled component, the two ends of the cooling passage (3) are communicated with the lower end of the storage cavity (1), the cooling passage (3) is located below the storage cavity (1), meanwhile, the cooling passage (3) is attached to an area, needing to be cooled, of the cooled component, and the two ends of the cooling passage (3) are located in a high-temperature area and a low-temperature area of the cooled component respectively. The sealing structure (5) is fixed at a gas outlet at the upper end of the storage cavity (1), and the pressure-maintaining gas-liquid separation structure (6) is fixed between the outer end of the sealing structure (5) and the end part of the gas outlet of the storage cavity (1). Under the condition that an electrical control system and a driving pump system are not needed, the system temperature is accurately controlled, and long-time efficient thermal control under the high-heat condition is achieved.

    本发明提供一种自循环蒸发冷却系统,该冷却系统包括存储腔体(1)、冷却通路(3)、保压汽液分离结构(6)和密封结构(5);存储腔体(1)设置在被冷却部件的本体上,冷却通路(3)的两端均与存储腔体(1)的下端连通,且冷却通路(3)位于存储腔体(1)的下方,同时冷却通路(3)贴合在被冷却部件需要冷却区域,其中冷却通路(3)两端分别位于被冷却部件的高温区和低温区,密封结构(5)固定在存储腔体(1)上端的出气口处,保压汽液分离结构(6)固定在密封结构(5)外端与存储腔体(1)出气口端部之间。本发明无需电气控制系统和驱动泵系统的条件下,精确控制系统温度,实现高热条件下长时高效热控。
