To provide a conveying robot and a conveying system capable of elevating and lowering with a structure that is not provided with a lifting mechanism with a height difference.SOLUTION: A conveying robot 1 includes a body 2, a pair of wheels 31 capable of rolling against a pair of rails 111, a cargo bed 4 that is provided to be made possible to swivel in the vertical direction between a support position that overlaps the pair of rails 111, and a retreat position that is located between the pair of rails 111, a to-be-swiveled member 6 that is located between the body 2 and the cargo bed 4 and is provided to be capable of being swiveled between a first swivel position and a second swivel position, a swivel actuator 5 that swivels the cargo bed 4 or the to-be-swiveled member 6, and an elevation mechanism 7 that connects the body 2 to the to-be-swiveled member 6 and is provided to be capable of elevating and lowering the cargo bed 4 that has been swiveled to the retreat position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
