To provide a control device of a movable body which enables movement control of a movable body by an appropriate information terminal.SOLUTION: A control ECU 20 of a vehicle 10 includes a communication part 24 capable of communicating with smartphones 60A and 60B portable by users MA and MB of the vehicle 10, and an automatic parking control part 55 for performing movement control of the vehicle 10. The automatic parking control part 55 transmits inquiry information on driver confirmation to the smartphones 60A and 60B in the periphery of the vehicle 10, when accepting predetermined operation from the users MA and MB of the vehicle 10, and receives predetermined reply information to the inquiry information. The automatic parking control part 55 selects an information terminal that is a transmission source of the reply information received first as a driver terminal, and performs movement control of the vehicle 10 on the basis of movement instruction information from the driver terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】適切な情報端末によって移動体の移動制御を行うことが可能な移動体の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両10の制御ECU20は、車両10のユーザMA,MBが携帯可能なスマートフォン60A,60Bと通信可能な通信部24と、車両10の移動制御を行う自動駐車制御部55と、を備える。自動駐車制御部55は、車両10のユーザMA,MBからの所定操作を受け付けた場合、車両10の周辺のスマートフォン60A,60Bに対してドライバ確定に関する問い合わせ情報を送信し、問い合わせ情報に対する所定の回答情報を受信する。そして、最初に受信した回答情報の送信元の情報端末をドライバ端末として選択し、ドライバ端末からの移動指示情報に基づいて車両10の移動制御を行う。【選択図】図4
