To provide a cooling structure of a rotary machine capable of absorbing an impact from the outside to protect a rotary machine, expecting a cooling effect necessary for the rotary machine, and downsizing a cover member of the rotary machine.SOLUTION: In a cooling structure of a rotary machine, a cover member 40 that covers a rotary machine 30 from an axially outer side of a rotational shaft part comprises a bottomed cylindrical inner cover member 41 that covers the rotary machine 30 from the axially outer side, and an outer cover member 51 that covers an axially outer side bottom wall 43 of the inner cover member 41 from the axially outer side. In the inner cover member 41, an inner cover central bottom wall part 43c at the center of the bottom wall 43 forms an inner cover peripheral wall part 43b around the inner cover central bottom wall part 43c, and bulges axially outward.
